Summer property taxes are mailed July 1st, 2023 and Due September 14th, 2023
After September 14th, 2023 -1% interest will be assessed.
An additional 1% interest will be assessed the first of each month thereafter.

2023 Winter Property Taxes

Winter property taxes are mailed December 1st, 2023 and Due February 14th, 2024
After February 14th, 2024- 3% penalty and 1% interest will be assessed.

**Failure to receive your tax bill does not waive interest or penalty. If you do not recieve your tax bill please contact the Treasurer's office, 810-724-6565, to verify correct mailing address.

Tax payments may be paid

•  By mail or in person at: Arcadia Township 4900 Spencer Street Attica, MI 48412
•  At our Drop Box, located by flagpole at the Township offices.
• Online by credit/debit card or e-check ( additional fees will apply)

We accept cash, check, money order, online credit/debit card and e-check.
Checks are payable to “Arcadia Township”

Postmarks are not accepted.
Partial payments are accepted

2023 Property tax payments are accepted at the township until February 29th, 2024.

On March 1st, 2024, all unpaid taxes will be forwarded as “delinquent” to The Lapeer County Treasurer’s office and payable to “Lapeer County Treasurer”.
